As a seasoned food professional with over 30 years’ experience in commercial food styling I have a solid understanding of how food works, how to best present it for a camera rather than a diner, and as one of my long-standing clients put it: “an uncanny eye for detail”.

Over the years I’ve styled food for menus, packaging, advertising, recipe cards, TV commercials and feature films.
Some of these high-profile films were ongoing projects over long periods of time with all sorts of unusual and odd requests, all of which helped to fine-tune my rather excellent problem-solving skills – including producing a large number of pristine fish skeletons at very short notice!
