My Cordon Bleu training has stood me in good stead giving me a solid grounding in the fundamental disciplines of cooking & baking, and my years of catering taught me how to bulk up recipes and still achieve a balanced result. (It also gave me sore hips and knees, but that’s a whole other story!)

I can help to develop your product from the beginning, or simply devise delicious ways to use it.

In my experience “one-size-fits-all” doesn’t work in this increasingly impersonal world. I want us both to succeed, so let’s talk!
